BETA Development
The BETA system means that a partnership between the NetProCity development team and your organization is created to utilize, test, and revise the registration system to fit your organization needs. Your organization will have full usage of the BETA registration system, and the ability to request desired changes.  Our development and sales team will approve and prioritize the change requests based on the extent to which a specific requested change benefits the system and other BETA users in meaningful and worthwhile ways. The prioritized, approved requests are then inserted into the development cycle to be implemented into the registration system.  As a BETA user, your organization will help custom create a registration solution to fit your needs!  BETA means you may find issues, or problems.  Problems should be reported for the quickest resolution possible by our support team. Most of the software infrastructure has been extensively pre-tested, but changes tend to find boundaries and result in some problems.

BETA Price Benefit
The BETA program is priced far below competitive levels and all BETA users will lock in a 30% discount price on the final pricing guide.  NetProCity will use the BETA program to help determine final pricing based on the amount of support needed to create an excellent product and service for all clients.

·         BETA Pricing
The pricing for BETA users will be .99 per transaction.  A transaction is a website visitor who successfully registers for an event on the internet.  If the visitor registers for multiple events there will be a .99 transaction fee for each event registered. The BETA system will hook into several 3^rd party credit card systems. If a 3^rd party credit card company is used, additional fees may apply from that party.

• BETA Timeframe
  The BETA program has no specified timeframe, but will be available until a final public release of the full version is completed. After a stabilized version achieves the necessary results for BETA users (as determined by the NetProCity sales and development team), the final version and pricing blocks will become available.
• Setup Costs
  The setup costs to create the registration system depends on the number of registration possibilities within your application and the amount of options necessary to create each event or program.  NetProCity will provide a very reasonable cost level to setup the system initially.  Registration events are administered through a password protected control panel, where the organization is enabled to edit/update and create additional events/programs. Standard setup costs range from $250 to $500.  NetProCity will be happy to provide a bid based on your needs.
• Credit Card Processing Costs
  The NetProCity registration system will enable you to accept check payments by mail, or credit card payments through an automated 3^rd party processing system. If you would like to accept credit card payments and have them automatically deposited into your bank account, a 3^rd party credit card processing company will need to be utilized.  The NetProCity registration system is setup to run smoothly with www.authorize.net and www.skipjack.com .  The fees for these 3^rd party credit card processing services are dependent on the number of transactions and credit card types you would like.  You may visit the websites and talk with their sales teams directly for exact quotes. The following page is an example of general pricing.  NetProCity does not guarantee this pricing, as it is only an example of the information provided to us by Authorize.net.
